Our Origin

 

How We Started: Inspired by an epic year and half stint of traveling and cooking in top restaurants around the world, Adam Mayer (our very own founder and Chief Deliciousness Officer) set out in January of 2020 to leave restaurant life behind and start doing pop ups. Chef Adam combines his passion for creative comfort food with a flair for elegant presentation and deep knowledge of flavor to create the unique menus of Two Bites Events and Catering. Adam is proud to be a member of the vibrant community of New Orleans, and loves the way that good food can make any day feel like a special occassion.

With Two Bites, we focus on providing event catering and private dining services at an unparalelled level. We specialize in Mediterranean-meets-New Orleans fusion, bringing blod flavor and freshness into everything we do. But with experience around the globe across a diverse array of cuisines and culinary styles, Chef Adam loves deliciousness in all its forms, but his favorite things are canapes and little snacks that pack a big flavor punch.
