Our Origin
How We Started: Inspired by an epic year and half stint of traveling and cooking in top restaurants around the world, Adam Mayer (our very own founder and Chief Deliciousness Officer) set out in January of 2020 to leave restaurant life behind and start doing pop ups. Grounded in the community of New Orleans, Chef Adam combines his passion for creative comfort food with a flair for elegant presentation and deep knowledge of flavor to create the unique menus of Two Bites Events and Catering
With Two Bites, we focus on providing event catering and private dining services at an unparalelled level. We specialize in Mediterranean-meets-New Orleans, bringing fun and freshness into everything we do. But with experience around the globe across a diverse array of cuisines and culinary styles, Chef Adam loves deliciousness in all its forms.
